Day 3 of Blogworld Expo was just as good as the first two days. It was a time for attendees to chat in a more relaxed atmosphere and continue attending sessions. Personally, I continued on the show floor making connections and talking to people at social networking. The show floor closed at 3 so we sat in the new media area with friends to talk about the weekend as a whole and catch up on email.

The entire convention ended at 5PM and we had to move the party elsewhere so an impromptu Tweetup was formed at the MGM Grand. Tons of bloggers arrived to share some drinks and stories. Of course, the time came when we had to be on a flight back to San Francisco so we left the Tweetup and headed to the airport.

It was pretty amazing as I followed the conversations over Twitter, bloggers actually stayed an extra couple of nights in Las Vegas to continue the festivities. Many held Tweetups all across the city (7 in total) throughout the night. I saw around midnight that bloggers that were still in town were arranging tours, dinners and other activities for the following day. As I write this, Blogworld is over but the fun continues in Las Vegas. Blogworld was a tremendous experience for everyone who attended and we can’t wait to go back next year.
