Last night, October the 15th, we partnered up with Hubpages to host Tweets & Dreenks. it was a huge success. Nearly 70 people came out to have some drinks with us and talk about social media, Web 2.0 and we were able to get feedback from our very valuable users. The event started at 6PM after our friends at Valleywag put the wrong time on their blog entry. All in all, we gave out 80 drink tickets, 10 shirts and a plethora of glow in the dark Yoono wristbands.
Folks from Paypal, Myxer, Motorola, Bitpusher, newswag and Kickapps were in attendance we received some great suggestions for improvements to Yoono. Thanks to everyone who came out. We’ll be doing an event next month as well around the same time so stay tuned to this blog or friend us on Upcoming.
