Of course, they do manage well with Ideastrom-which enhances quick response for their views,ideas and comments.
Satisfying the customer is a great job, and they leaned the art of dealing with the customers need so effectively and efficiently!!

		<description>I manage Dell&#039;s IdeaStorm and attended Dreamforce as well. Thank you for the nice comments. I agree - listening is key to being successful - especially these days.  I was asked by many people at the conference about when and how to get started. I absolutely think you need to just jump in and learn as you go.  There is not much to be gained by waiting.</description>
