After months of hard work, our first mobile version of Yoono – Yoono for iPhone – is available for download! The app will work on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad and comes in two versions – an ad supported FREE version and an ad free paid version (Yoono Pro, $4.99). - View your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Flickr updates in one place (multiple accounts per network supported)
- Update your status across your networks simultaneously
- View all your updates in one stream or swipe side to side to see each service and account in a separate stream
- Comment, Like, Reply, Retweet, Hide Users or Apps directly from the app
- Get your Facebook Notifications and view your Inbox
- View your Twitter mentions, Direct Messages, Twitter Lists, and saved Twitter searches
- Upload pics to all your accounts at the same time
- Use pinch open gesture to view your stream in full screen mode
For users of our existing apps no doubt you’ll have a few questions such as what about all the other services our other versions support such as MySpace, YouTube, AIM and others – we’re working on it! We were eager to get something in the hands of our users that supports some of the most popular networks first and then builds on that foundation in future releases. Additionally we really want your feedback – what you like and what you don’t so that we can factor that in to our next version(s). What are we working on next? Besides adding additional networks we will be working on several key features:
- Sync - a sync feature that allows you to sign in to the iPhone app and sync your settings with our other apps (desktop, add-on)
- iPad optimized version – our current iPad version is pretty much the same layout as our iPhone app and therefore not optimized for the larger iPad screen. We’ll be working on addressing this and have a really innovative new way to view your social stream that we’ll feature in an updated version!
- Android - we’ll also begin tackling Android next as there is clearly high demand for our app on that platform!
